IN MEMORY OF
RED CORRELL
Irwyn "Red" Correll, of Waymart,
Pennsylvania passed away on
January 1, 2000 after a courageous
battle with cancer.  He and his wife, Alberta "Bert," were married for 53 years. 

Red was a well known square dance caller for 40 years and was responsible for bringing modern western square dancing to Northeastern Pennsylvania.  He was also a member of the American Square Dance Callers Association and was the club caller for the Rare Squares, Honesdale, and the Abington Allemanders, Clarks Summit.  He was well respected and
and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.    Red will always be remembered for his love of square and round dancing,  his great patience in teaching, and his always present good humor.
